The mission of the Social Philosophy and Policy Foundation is the scholarly analysis of public policy issues from a philosophical perspective. The Foundation supports two programs: its journal Social Philosophy & Policy and the Social Philosophy and Policy Center.
Social Philosophy & Policy, the Foundation's journal, is published by Cambridge University Press. It is an interdisciplinary journal with an emphasis on the philosophical underpinnings of enduring social policy debates. The issues are thematic in format, examining a specific area of concern with contributions from scholars in philosophy, economics, political science, history, and law. Social Philosophy & Policy is the most heavily subscribed English-language philosophy journal in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. For subscription information, please contact Social Philosophy and Policy | Cambridge Core .
The Social Philosophy and Policy Center supports scholary research, editorial work, and academic programs at the John Chambers College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University. The Center's website is TBA.
The Social Philosophy and Policy Foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals.
